Two paid job opportunities with KCLMS

KCLMS is hiring alumni for outreach and is also looking for a tutor for a student.

We are recruiting alumni to work as Group Leaders for our exciting Revision+ Easter programme. The pay will amount to £358.50 for the week plus for any time spent training beforehand.

In addition, we need a further maths tutor for a Year 13 local to KCLMS. The pay is £30/hr. If you are interested in the tutor role, please contact Elliot Francis-Hewett as soon as time permits at elliot.1.francis-hewett@kcl.ac.uk to register your interest.

Some further information about the Group Leaders outreach work:

Where and when will I be working?

The Revision+ Easter Programme will be in-person at King's Maths School and runs from Tuesday 2nd April to Friday 5th April. We would like Group Leaders there 9:00-16:30 each day.

What’s the pay?

£11.95 an hour – which is £358.50 for the week plus pay for any time spent training beforehand.

Responsibilities

You’ll be with your group of approximately 20 students throughout the week and support them in their Maths and Physics sessions. You’ll be on hand to provide academic support, complete registers, supervise them during lunch and breaks and generally be a friendly face around the summer school.

You’ll help us set up at the start of the day, tidy up at the end of the day, and register students upon arrival.

How do I let you know if I’m interested?
